woopsie

Well.. it's about that time when I'm going all day now and forget to update this blog. Sometimes I get a break (most days I don't) and when I do I'm ready to sit down and do NOTHING! I can't believe I haven't been on here in so long. Lots of summer fun happening over here. Our last summer before Micah goes off to KINDER and he is so so so ready!! He needs to do something all day long and I just can't keep up anymore. He is getting excited to meet new friends and start a new school. I don't really thinks he gets the big picture yet. One of the last days of preschool I told him, "Your almost done with school for the summer!! (and then I said) And then once you start school next year you have to go the rest of your life." Really sounded horrible once it came out of my mouth. I shouldn't tell him this yet.. but in reality we do go to school most our lives. Some people I know are my age and still doing some type of schooling. Hopefully he doesn't get upset about that and is always excited to go to school!

Noelle is a big girl now and starting to talk and tell us everything. She loves her dolls still and is starting to get along with brother more and more each day. They protect one another and love each other and some days my heart is about to explode how they love on one another. Now if only Noelle could have a sister... haha not anytime soon. That would be my dream for her though. I couldn't imagine my life without them.

I have applied for a job at Chase Oaks church as the Campus Admin for Richardson Campus. I have an interview tomorrow and am excited to see where this takes me. Updating my resume is sad because I haven't worked in 5 years. It doesn't seem that long to me, but I'm sure it doesn't look the greatest to my prospective boss(es). At this time of my life I am ready to start going beyond momming all day everyday and branching out. This is the first time I've actually wanted a job outside the home. I knew it would happen for me at the best time and be the right time and I pray this is it. If it's not at least I'm starting to think outside the box and what I want to do.

Summer hasn't been as hot as I thought it would be, but I think this week we may hit 99. I've been happy to have all these storms pass through and keep the temperature lower. July is almost here and then summer will be over. Trying to soak in all these summer days/nights with my little love bugs.
